Payment Information

Registration Fee

Every student is required to pay a $20 non-refundable registration fee at the beginning of the year.

Tuition

  • Annual: $1,090 (due at the start of the year).
    • Accepted payment methods: cash, e-transfer, credit card, or cheque.
  • Monthly:
    • First month: $218 (covers September + June tuition)
    • Remaining months: $109 on the 1st of each month
    • Accepted payment methods: post-dated cheques or credit card only.

Deposit – A $50 deposit was paid at the time of registering your child. This will be deducted from the first month of tuition.

You may choose to pay tuition annually or monthly. Both total the same amount once the deposit and registration fee are applied.

Payment Type

Cash and cheques can be brought to Payment Night on August 25th. If you are unable to make it, please reach out and we can make alternative arrangements.

Cheque Payments

  • Cheques can be made payable to Busy Fingers Preschool and brought to payment night.

    • First month payment: September + June tuition + registration fee - deposit = $109 + $109 + $20 - $50 = $188

    • Tuition cheques: 8 cheques for $109 each (dated for the 1st of each month, October–May

Deposits

  • Each student must provide Fundraiser and Family Helper deposits. These deposits will only be processed if you do not meet the requirements outlined in Sections 3.5 and 3.7 of the handbook.

    • Fundraiser Deposit:

      • 2 × $200 cheques (dated Oct 1 and Jan 1) OR credit card authorization

    • Family Helper Deposit:

      • 2 × $100 cheques (both dated Oct 1) OR credit card authorization
